In 2018, we successfully completed the establishment of a data center for the US Army Combat Readiness Center (USACRC). Our services included everything from setting up the COOP site and backup power systems to installing APC units, HVAC, network cabling, and implementing advanced fire detection and suppression systems.
Database Administration
Gaal Link Tech designed, managed, and maintained load-balanced SharePoint Farms along with Windows and SQL Server databases for the Office of Naval Research (ONR). Additionally, Gaal Link Tech collaborated with ONR to provide ongoing support and maintenance for Windows servers and Oracle databases running on Red Hat Linux.
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
Need to implement a Public Key Infrastructure or Common Access Card system? Gaal Link Tech has extensive experience deploying PKI solutions across various projects. We successfully implemented DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and PKI systems utilizing two-factor authentication for the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
Network Operations Center
Gaal Link Tech supported the US Army Combat Readiness Center’s (USACRC) Network Operations Center by managing the setup and maintenance of routers, switches, servers, network storage, backup systems, generators, and cabling. We also established and supported their COOP site, ensuring compliance with DoD and Army regulations, while providing regular hardware and software updates to the Network Operations Center.
Audio/Visual Support
Gaal Link Tech delivered audio-visual support for the US Army Combat Readiness Center (USACRC), improving their teleconferencing capabilities, audio-video systems, and streaming infrastructure.
Enterprise Data Warehouse
Gaal Link Tech played a key role in designing and building an enterprise data warehouse for the US Army Combat Readiness Center (USACRC). This project developed operational processes to integrate data from multiple Army-created sources, enabling improved analytical reporting, queries, and decision-making.
High Availability

Gaal Link Tech supported the US Army Combat Readiness Center’s (USACRC) Network Operations Center, implementing multiple systems to ensure high availability, including IDS monitoring, backup servers, tape libraries, backup generators, APC systems, and HVAC control, all designed to maintain optimal uptime.
SIPR/NIPR Network Administration
Is your organization working with SIPRnet or NIPRnet? Gaal Link Tech has deep expertise with DoD protocols for handling both classified (SIPRnet) and unclassified (NIPRnet) information. We developed and supported a Network Operations Center for the US Army Combat Readiness Center (USACRC), ensuring compliance with DoD and Army regulations, and managed SIPRnet and NIPRnet systems and reporting for the Office of Naval Research.
Gaal Link Tech operated a helpdesk for a range of IT applications, offering three tiers of support for the Office of Naval Research (ONR) to aid in post-award contract administration. Gaal Link Tech also created and maintained user guides, software requirements, design and testing documentation, and release plans for major updates of the IT applications supported by the helpdesk.
