Who we are

Gaal Link Technology Corp (“GLT Corp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates gaallinktech.com. This notice explains how information submitted through the website is collected, used, stored, and managed.

Information collected through the Contact form

When you submit the Contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: name, organization, email address, phone number if provided, service area of interest, and message.

The website also records technical and submission metadata needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the form. This may include the submission date and time, source page, IP address, browser user-agent information, and form or page identifiers.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, classified information, protected health information, payment-card information, account passwords, or other information that is not necessary for your inquiry.

How we use the information

  • Review and respond to inquiries.
  • Evaluate requests for services, teaming, procurement, or other business relationships.
  • Route an inquiry to an appropriate authorized representative.
  • Maintain business records and follow up on an inquiry.
  • Protect the website, investigate misuse, prevent spam, and troubleshoot form operation.
  • Comply with applicable legal, contractual, or records-management obligations.

Submission of an inquiry does not create a contractual relationship or guarantee a response, award, engagement, or particular outcome.

Storage and access

Contact submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress database using Contact Form 7 and the Flamingo message-storage plugin. The website is hosted on an Amazon Web Services Lightsail server. Access to stored inbound messages is restricted through WordPress administrative permissions.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Email delivery

Contact Form 7 form 5895 is currently configured to store submissions in the database without emailing them. If email delivery is enabled later, inquiry contents may also be transmitted to and stored by the approved email provider and accessible to authorized mailbox users. This notice will be reviewed before that change is made.

Service providers and software

The website uses Amazon Web Services Lightsail for hosting and self-hosted WordPress, Elementor, Contact Form 7, and Flamingo software to operate the site and form. These technologies may process technical data needed to deliver the website and preserve inquiries.

Retention

Contact inquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for applicable legal, contractual, security, procurement, dispute-resolution, or records-management requirements. No fixed routine retention period is stated in this notice.

Requests concerning your information

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by using the Contact page and clearly identifying the request as a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity and locate the relevant submission before acting. Some information may need to be retained when required for legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or records-management purposes.

Backups and migrations

Database backups may contain copies of contact submissions. Access to backups is restricted, and backups follow applicable operational, legal, and records-management requirements.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when website practices or applicable requirements change.
